We had a fantastic time at Regina Resort & Convenciones. The pools were amazing, with options for both relaxation and fun. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist us. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The room was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Chilled-out base for exploring Cochabamba. Room was large, amicable staff. On-site restaurant Magnolias was a bonus, had dinner there.

the hotel has a great location close to popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help out with all my questions. the cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, as the rooms were always kept fresh and tidy. As a bonus, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of choices to choose from.

Nice swimming pools with temperature options. Comfortable room with hot water kettle. Good WiFi and nice shower. Very helpful and English-speaking staff. Delicious and varied breakfast options

We loved the peaceful location in the countryside, away from the city's hustle and bustle. The hotel had beautiful, well-maintained gardens, and ample parking space. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.
Can't fault anything about it.

the well-maintained gardens were perfect for a relaxing stroll. Our room was spacious and had beautiful mountain views. the breakfast selection was good and the staff provided friendly service.
There were some issues with the hot water in our room.

Spent Xmas holidays at a hotel that offered two great outdoor swimming pools to bask in the sun, which was the perfect escape from the city hustle. The hotel was within walking distance to a few shops and local attractions making it a key location for the price. Breakfast was definitely a highlight with a vast selection of hot and cold foods to choose from that suited all food tastes and preferences.
The poor room maintenance left something to be desired with an air-conditioning unit that was inadequate for the extreme heat and no solution was given by staff. Pieces of soap were used to block the bathtub drain which was not ideal.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel are exceptional. the Spa and wellness center provided me with the relaxation I needed, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna. the massage was amazing and the spa lounge and steam room helped me to completely forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for sunbathing and the BBQ facilities were great for a day of fun.
The only minor issue I had was with the public bath, which needs updating. the garden area provided some solace.
